About Paul

As an Alexandria native and lifelong resident, Paul has lived and worked in Jefferson Park/Beverley Hills, Del Ray and Old Town; he currently lives in the Rosemont/Braddock Heights area in the City of Alexandria. Paul works with both sellers and buyers; and prides himself on his skills in pricing, marketing, knowledge of comparables and neighborhoods, and his expertise in contract negotiations. His clients are frequently interested in the older and historic homes of Old Town, the City of Alexandria and Alexandria South. Paul also specializes in helping seniors to downsize and relocate.
